The OBC/DC-DC converter power-level hardware test system has the ability to test the components of the charging system and power system of new energy vehicles.

Select the hardware configuration that meets the specification requirements of the object to be tested, such as programmable DC power supply and programmable DC electronic load, which can correspond to different system architectures and have the advantages of platform expansion and sharing.

JBZ8200 series of 10V/15V/20V low-voltage high-current models can provide up to 0.1% accuracy for high-precision control of on-board current sensors. JBZ8200 series has the advantages of high power density, large current, low ripple noise, fast transient response, high resolution and high accuracy. The whole power supply adopts the architecture of modular combination and stacking, and the modules are connected by high-speed external bus, which has high reliability and is convenient for maintenance and expansion.

The vehicle-level IGBT and the power battery cell are called the "dual-core" of electric vehicles, which can directly control the conversion of DC and AC power of the drive system, and determine the core indicators of electric vehicles such as torque and output power. With the maturity of the third generation semiconductor material design and production process, the capacity of IGBT power semiconductors has increased significantly.
